We are looking for videos that would make great articles.  Anything from a cool bike tip you have to share, a swim lesson or your transition setup.  If you are interested, sent me a message and we can work out the details of the article and an address to send the video.

To keep the quality high, I will only accept greater than 400x300 pixel videos from regular digital photo cameras or the new video cameras with hard-drives/DVD recorder.  All the common video and audio formats are accepted:  Windows Media (AVI, WMV, ASF, WMA, WAV); QuickTime (MOV, QT, DV, AAC, AIF/AIFF, using any QuickTime codecs); MPEG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MP3); Mobile phone formats (3GP, 3G2).

I have the converters to convert to the format we use (Flash), please keep your video at the highest quality when sending.
